Hi Guys,

Yay we're back to (some) normality at Alert Level 3!

Just some quick updates from us here at the SD European to keep everyone in the loop.

Service Centre

We are open to all customers (but please don't come into the building)

If you need a quote, diagnostic scan or something looked at
If you want something looked at quickly or to have a chat, please ring so we can book you in first. Sorry but under Level 3 we will not be able to accept people turning up without notice.

If you have a booking
If you have a booking, we will have a Gazebo outside where you will sign in your car (please bring your own pen) and drop your keys at the spot provided. Payment will need to be made over the phone or online before you pick your car up. We please ask that your car be extra clean and tidy, for Covid hygiene reasons.

Parts Department

We're open to sell parts
We'll be operating as normal, except customers will not be able to come into our building.
If you'd like to order parts, please ring up or send an email rather than coming on site. We will have contactless pickup and delivery options available. Payment will need to be done over the phone or online.

Keeping everyone safe
Keeping our staff and customers safe during Level 3 is our number one priority and we are taking extensive precautions to do so. We have a comprehensive Covid-19 worksafe plan and Covid hazard register in play as well as work bubble shifts and extra hygeine practices.
