Even during level 2 we have put in place significant measures to ensure the safety of our Staff and Customers.
As a company we are doing many things behind the scenes which can be viewed in the document attached at the bottom of this page, but the points which relate more directly to our customers are listed here:
Service Centre
• When you arrive: Please sanitise your hands using the sanitser supplied and sign into the register before entering the building. Please do no come past the main desk. You can leave your keys on this desk and sign your vehicle release form here.
• We will be keeping a register of who has entered the building.
• Your car and key will be sanitised before and after being worked on.
• PPE like disposable seat protection and gloves will be used inside your vehicle to ensure absolutely no possibility of transmission.
• Your loan car supplied will be sanitised before and after you get in it, to ensure absolutely no possibility of transmission.
• Eftpos machine terminal is cleaned regularly.
• Extra hand washing and hygiene practices are in place for all our staff.

Parts Department
• Customers, where possible please order through email or over the phone. If you need to come in, then that is fine too, please sign the register in the building.
