Cylinder Heads
SD european is able to offer a replacement reconditioned cylinder head service which will help your vehicle be back on the road faster.
All our cylinder heads are professionally reconditioned starting with undergoing a thickness, hardness test and a crack test. We then have the guides tested and replaced if necessary followed by the valves and valve seats being machined for perfect sealing. The cylinder head face is then machined and then cleaned and finally reassembled with new valve seals.
The reconditioned cylinder will arrive assembled with valve springs fitted ready for you to complete with your camshaft assy. This is an exchange item and the returned cylinder head is returned to us at the purchasers cost.
We are able to also supply new engine gaskets, bearings and pistons should you require a price.
